Guide
Todd
brings more than twenty five years of fly fishing experience to
the staff at The Reel Baja, and more than fifteen years experience
as a saltwater fly fisher and guide.
Growing up in Colorado and attending Colorado State University
in Fort Collins, Colorado gave Todd the opportunity to fish some
of the finest rivers in the West.
As a fly fishing guide he has taught introductory classes, surf
fishing clinics, fresh and saltwater fly tying classes and saltwater
fly fishing schools in San Diego. As a guide he has also led offshore
big game fly fishing charters out of San Diego.
He has spent many days fishing and guiding in the East Cape region
of Baja, Mexico and has a passion for Sea of Cortez and the protection
of the rich natural resources of the area.
Todd has written and produced articles for California Fly Fisher
Magazine and Pacific Fisherman Magazine and has served as a consultant
and marketing advisor to San Diego Fly Shop, Andy Montana’s
Fly Shop and JW Outfitters.
