Week of March 13th, 2017.

Hi All,

Over the last week or two, I have been spending most of my time with clients in Cabo Fishing had ben a bit difficult last week, but this week is shaping up well. In Cabo, we do have some sierra and a few small roosters, plus some big jacks in the mix. The wind had been a challenge on some days, but on the flip side, the East Cape has seen some beautiful weather.

In the East Cape, we have some big skipjack tuna and they are always a blast to catch. Most of the action has been around La Rivera. Overall there isn’t much to report out of the East Cape as things are slowly starting to get up and going due to our windy season. With a few boats going out this week we will have more to report next week. I was on the beach scouting on Tuesday morning and saw lots of ladyfish. Overall we have had some great days weather wise in the East Cape, but its every other day that we strong wind and its forecast to pick up again this weekend.

Overall, in Cabo, plus the East Cape fishing is hit or miss but it’s to be expected as we transition into spring, however if you get a break in the weather there are definitely fish in the area to have some fun with.

Tight lines,

Jeff
