Week of February 16th
Hi All, This past week we have seen some great weather and pleasant conditions. The highs have been in the high 70’s and the fishing has been solid.
East Cape: On the east cape we are still seeing good bait along the shore and this is drawing in some quality fishing right off the shore. Wind can be a factor and it all depends on the weather that day. Sierra have been active at first light and there have also been some dorado caught this week. Jacks and small roosters have been active along the beaches looking for bait and if you put in some time you can find some nice fish.
Cabo: Cabo has been my main focus this last week and we are definitely seeing some nice fish. The jacks are around and still in spawning mode. We did get few shots at some cruising fish though, but they do scatter once a few cast have been made. Sierra are around and we also landed some nice mid sized roosters and snapper as well.
