Hi Everyone
Our summer season is in full swing and we are seeing the water temps warming and the weather is beautiful. Overall, the fishing we have had over the last week or two has been great as we are able to fish for multiple species within the day
Marlin, the marlin fishing has been off the charts and most boats are averaging double digits daily. The sardina are still up north but it’s definitely worth the boat ride to use them in the inshore on roosterfish and bonito. The beaches are still fishing well, but it can be crowded at times. One day we have roosters eating, and the next day they won’t chase a fly, but that’s fishing for you.
Also, we are catching some nice pompano off the beach and are a great fish to catch off the beach on light tackle. On another note, we have been seeing some nice schools of porpoise recently, but there is no tuna with them yet, so we should be seeing them shortly and will update as soon as we have confirmation.
